Re-establish an iconic hotel as a key destination.
Challenge
The Savoy has been at the forefront of the luxury hotel scene for over 130 years and is constantly
evolving to meet the needs of the modern traveller. We needed to work with them to increase
awareness of the hotel as a key destination in London and encourage purchase intent.
Idea
To create bespoke plans for each area of the business – including restaurant, room occupancy and afternoon tea. We used interest based positioning and contextual placements, together with long form content, to educate on the unique and special experience at the Savoy. Full sales funnel activity was used to drive lead generating activity and ensure efficiencies.
Results
The campaign delivered a strong ROI with room occupancy being up year on year and a significant increase in restaurant reservations.
